滑动轴承外径面表面粗糙度的数值模拟与分析

         

摘要

基于滑动轴承外径面表面粗糙度对其过盈配合的性质会产生一定影响的假设,提出了一种通过自底向上建模的方式和APDL语言编程构造出符合Gauss分布的表面形貌三维模型的新方法,其利用轮廓算术平均偏差和标准差的关系,以及Gauss随机数生成函数模拟了滑动轴承外径面的表面粗糙度,对计人和不计人其表面粗糙度的滑动轴承过盈配合进行了仿真分析,结果表明:滑动轴承外径面的表面粗糙度在一定程度上影响着滑动轴承过盈配合的性质.%Based on the hypothesis which surface roughness of bush bearing will have some influence on the interference fit's characteristics, a novel bottom -up approach is developed with APDL language programming to generate a three -dimensional micro - morphology consistent with Gaussian distribution. The micro - morphology of the outer diameter surface is successfully simulated with this approach, through the relationship between arithmetic average deviation and standard deviation, and Gaussian random number generator function. Besides, the simulation and analysis are carried out, based on the model of the beating's interference fit considering the surface roughness or not. As a result, the beating's surface roughness have some effect on the property of the beating's interference fit within a certain range.
