本文系统研究档案馆应用社交媒体创新档案服务的方式.一方面,应用社交媒体可以对传统的档案服务方式进行变革,包括将被动服务转向主动服务、单向服务转向多向服务、滞后服务转向即时服务等.另一方面,社交媒体的应用也给档案馆引入了全新的服务方式,主要包括自助服务方式和个性服务方式.%This article concentrates on the ways of innovating archival service through social media. On one hand, the traditional ways of archival service can be changed, including passive service into active service, single service into multiple service, lag ser-vice into prompt service and so on. On the other hand,social media can bring entirely new ways to ar-chival service, including self-service and personal-ized service.
