非接触式体征监测及智能移动终端算法的实现

         

摘要

为研究非接触式的,可实时监测人体呼吸、心跳等生命体征信息的便携式装置,本文设计并实现了一套卡片式雷达体征监测系统。方法该系统根据多普勒雷达原理获得人体微动信息,利用蓝牙将经过预处理的信号发送至智能移动终端,最终采用高效算法在 Android 平台上进行信号处理、生命体征信号提取与实时显示。结果对受试者做两种状态下的监测,实验所得数据均值与常规方法测得的体征参数相比无显著性差异(呼吸、心跳均值的准确度分别为93.75%和97.33%)。该系统能够获取呼吸、心跳信息,并准确进行算法处理与显示。结论该便携式监测系统能够非接触式地监测单个人体目标的呼吸、心跳等生命体征信号,为健康监护领域的心肺活动监测提供小型化、便携式的解决方案。%Objective In order to study on the portable unit that can non-contact monitor vital signs such as respiration and heartbeat in real-time, a card-sized radar life detector is designed and realized.Methods Acquiring micro movement signal based on Doppler radar principles,the system transmits signals that have been preprocessed via Bluetooth to smart mobile terminal.Efficient algorithm is adopted to process and extract the vital signs and displays the results real-timely on Android platform.Results Monitoring the subject under two conditions,there is no significant difference between the average data from the experiment and the data acquired in common method (the accuracies of average respiration rate and heartbeat rate are 93.75% and 97.33%,respectively).The experiment shows that the system can acquire the information of heartbeat and respiration,and process the signals accurately. Conclusions The system can monitor vital signs of a single target non-contactly,which provides miniaturized and portable solution for cardiopulmonary monitoring in family care.
