言语测听是一种重要的言语能力评估手段，在临床听力诊断和康复效果评估方面具有重要意义。随着临床听力学的发展与人工耳蜗植入和助听器的应用，临床迫切需要大量等价的言语测听材料以促进临床听力学的发展。我国地域广阔，语言众多，文化不同，给研究带来诸多问题。本文主要阐述言语测听在我国的发展现状、临床应用的情况，言语测听材料的等价性评估，以及目前存在的问题，为我国言语测听材料的研究提供帮助。%Speech audiometry is an important instrument to evaluate the speech understanding ability and has important significance in hearing diagnosis and the evaluation of rehabilitation effect.Along with the development of clinical audiology,cochlear implantation and hearing aid,the clinic needs an amount of equivalent materials to promote the development of clinical audiology.As one of the largest countries in population,China has various dialects spoken and different culture,which brings many problems for the research.This article mainly introduces the development and clinic application of speech audiometry in China, equivalence evaluation of the materials,and some problems now.We hope this article is useful for material research of speech audiometry.
