基于系统发育树的乳铁蛋白相互作用蛋白的预测

         

摘要

Objective Lactoferrin and its interactive proteins were analyzed based on phylogenesis to further find proteins that could interact with lactoferrin. Methods Lactoferrin sequence and its interactive protein sequences were loaded into software MEGA 5. 05 to construct phylogenetic tree in FASTA format with neighbor-joining method, the calibration frequency was 1000 times and other parameters were defaulted. Results First, lactoferrin and its interactive proteins had definite genetic relationship. Second,the interactive proteins themselves might be homologous. Conclusions Interrelation may exist among lactoferrin, myoglobin, apolipoprotein and glutamine synthetase based on phylogenetic tree by MEGA5. 05.%目的 利用MEGA5.05软件构建乳铁蛋白及与其相互作用蛋白的系统发育树,以进一步寻找与乳铁蛋白相互作用的蛋白质.方法 将乳铁蛋白序列及与其相互作用的蛋白质序列以FASTA格式载入MEGA5.05软件,进化树生成算法采用邻接法,校验次数为1000次,其他参数为缺省数值,生成系统进化树.结果 与乳铁蛋白相互作用的蛋白质和乳铁蛋白之间有一定的同源关系,与乳铁蛋白相互作用的蛋白质之间也有一定的同源关系.结论 通过MEGA5.05软件构建系统发育树,可以预测出乳铁蛋白与肌红蛋白、载脂蛋白D、谷氨酰胺合酶可能存在相互作用.
