应用于超声成像的数据采集系统设计

         

摘要

Data acquisition system is playing a key role in digital medical ultrasonic imaging equipment. This article introduces a data acquisition system applied to ultrasonic imaging. This system is composed of analog-to-digital convertor AD9228 from Analog Devices Inc and the relevant digital circuitry, including field programmable gate array( FPGA) and static random access memory ( SRAM) , for establishing the control and data caching modules. The acquisited data is tested with Chipscope. The testing results demonstrate the system sample the right data, and FPGA receives the output signals from the AD correctly, completes serial-to-parallel and data caching function. It is indicated that the system can work stably at acquisition and caching rate of 40 MHz, and satisfies the requirement of medical ultrasonic imaging.%数据采集系统在全数字医用超声成像设备中占有重要地位.本文介绍了应用于超声成像的数据采集系统的设计方案.系统采用AD9228芯片(Analog Devices Inc)作为模数转换芯片,使用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)与静态随机存储器(SRAM)构成相关控制、缓存等数字电路模块,使用ISE组件Chipscope对采样结果进行测试.测试结果表明:系统采集样本正确;FPGA准确接收采样数据的输出,并完成串并联转换、缓存等处理;系统可以稳定地工作在40MHz的数据采集与存储速率下,符合医用超声成像系统的使用要求.
