蛋白质微胶囊的研究进展

         

摘要

Protein drugs are easy to be degraded and inactivated. Thus how to sustain the activity of protein to make them function effectively has been a key problem in the application of protein drugs. Microencapsulation is to load a protein into a capsule,therefore,the target protein is isolated from the environment and could be protected. This paper reviews several common preparation methods of protein microcapsules,including layer-by-layer self-assembly,emulsification process,electrostatic droplet generation,etc.,which lays a foundation for the wide application of protein microcapsule in the future.%蛋白质药物具有易降解和失活的特点,如何保持蛋白活性使其有效发挥作用成为蛋白质药物应用的一大难题。微胶囊技术致力于将蛋白质包封于囊内以与外界环境隔绝,达到保护蛋白质的作用。主要综述了几种装载蛋白质的微胶囊的制备方法,包括层层自组装法、乳化法、静电液滴生成法等,旨在为蛋白质微胶囊的广泛应用奠定基础。
