针对传统爆炸焊接炸药中加入的稀释剂存在吸湿、污染环境等问题,在粉状改性铵油炸药中加入一种新型稀释剂,研究稀释剂含量和布药厚度对炸药的爆速影响,并进行爆炸焊接实验.结果表明:该稀释剂含量为40%的粉状改性铵油炸药爆速低,爆轰性能稳定,能够满足复合板材爆炸焊接的要求.%Due to the hygroscopicity and pollution problem of diluents used in explosion welding explosives, a new type of diluents was put into the modified ammonium oil explosive. Detonation velocity of the explosive was studied with different diluents content and loading thickness. In addition, the explosion welding experiments were performed. Result shows that the modified powder ammonium oil explosive with 40% diluents has a property of low detonation velocity and stable detonation, which meets the requirements of metal explosion welding well.
