云南金安金沙江大桥总体设计

         

摘要

The Jin'an Jinsha River Bridge in Yunnan is a simply-supported plate and truss composite stiffening girder suspension bridge with double towers,single span and with the main span of 1 386 m.The span length composition of the two main cables of the bridge is 330 m+1 386 m+205 m.The main cables are respectively made up of 169 wire strands,each having 127 nos.of φ5.25 mm and 1 770 MPa prefabricated galvanized parallel steel wires.At each suspending point of the bridge,2 steel core steel wire rope suspenders are arranged and at the midspans of the main cables,3 pairs of the flexible central cable bands are arranged.The stiffening girder is the composite structure of the orthotropic steel deck plates and steel truss,of which the height of the truss is 9.5 m,the typical panel length is 10.8 m and the width is 27.0 m.On both banks of the bridge,the tunnel anchorages and spread foundations are applied.On the Huaping bank,the link road tunnel is integrally turned about in the design so that the tunnel will be arranged separately with the anchorage there.The tower on either bank is the concrete portal frame structure,the sections of the columns of the tower are the D-shape thin-wall hollow sections and under the tower,the bored pile foundation is arranged.The approach bridges on the Huaping and Lijiang banks are all the steel and concrete continuous composite girders respectively with span arrangement 2 × (3 × 41) m and 1 ×40 m.The finite element software is used to implement the structural calculation of the bridge and the results of the calculation indicate that the various indices of the bridge can satisfy the relevant requirements in the codes.%云南金安金沙江大桥为主跨1 386 m的双塔单跨简支板桁结合加劲梁悬索桥,主缆跨径组成为330 m+1 386 m+205 m.主桥2根主缆均由169股127丝强度为1 770 MPa的φ5.25mm预制镀锌平行钢丝组成,每一吊点设2根钢芯钢丝绳吊索,主缆跨中设置3对柔性中央扣.加劲梁采用正交异性钢桥面板与钢桁架结合的构造,桁高9.5m,标准节间长10.8m,梁宽27.0m.两岸均采用隧道式锚碇和扩大基础,华坪岸将接线公路隧道整体偏转,与隧道锚分离设置.两岸桥塔均采用混凝土门形框架结构,塔柱均采用D形薄壁空心断面,塔底设钻孔灌注桩基础.大桥华坪岸、丽江岸引桥均采用连续钢—混组合梁桥,跨径布置分别为2×(3×41)m、1×40 m.采用有限元软件对该桥进行结构计算,结果表明该桥各项指标均满足规范相应的要求.
