用于空调冷凝热回收系统的相变材料特性研究

         

摘要

本文运用差示扫描量热仪 (DSC) , 对十二醇、十酸、十四酸、月桂酸、十八烷酸等单一有机相变材料及其不同比例混合配比的复合相变材料进行了热物性测试分析, 并在空调冷凝热回收系统上进行实验.实验结果表明, 十四酸与月桂酸按1:1配比的复合相变材料相变温度为41.5℃, 相变潜热值可达198.27 kJ/kg, 可作为空调冷凝热回收系统的备选相变材料.%Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) was used to carry out thermal property to analysis on that composite phase change material of single organic phase change material, such as dodecanol, decanoic acid, myristic acid, lauric acid, octadecanoic acid, and the composite phase change material of different ratio, was used to carry out experiment on the heat recovery system of air conditioner. The experimental results show that the myristic acid and lauric acid according to the ratio of 1:1 composite phase change material phase change temperature is 41.5 ℃, and phase change latent heat value reaches 198.27 kJ/kg, which can be used as air conditioning condensing heat recovery system of alternative phase change materials.
