不锈钢筋混凝土初探及应用前景

         

摘要

Durability problems of concrete reinforced with ordinary carbon steel present a severe challenge for service lifetime and security of structures. One of the most reliable methods to assure corrosion resistance and extend the design service life is to adopt stainless steel rebar (SSR). Relevant experimental and theoretical investigations of stainless steel reinforced concrete are expected to conduct, in order to explore the properties in all aspects and promote its application in constructional engineering. Based on the selective prestigious engineering cases, application of SSR in concrete structures is summarized. With reference to research methods of ordinary reinforced concrete, characteristics and remaining problems of stainless steel reinforced concrete are discussed. Consequently,a bright application prospect is anticipated for its excellent durability and service behavior.%普通钢筋混凝土存在耐久性问题,影响结构使用寿命和安全,可以采用不锈钢筋替代普通的碳素钢筋,提高结构的耐久性和设计使用年限.亟待开展不锈钢筋混凝土的试验研究与理论分析,探究各方面的性能,促进其在建筑工程中的应用.根据现有的工程实例对不锈钢筋混凝土的应用进行了总结;借鉴普通钢筋混凝土结构的研究思路,对不锈钢筋混凝土的特性和存在的问题进行了探讨.不锈钢筋混凝土优良的耐久性为其提供了广阔的应用平台,展示了良好的应用潜力.
