In this paper,the determination methods of energy consumption benchmark and research status of single building and multi-storey buildings were firstly introduced. And then, the multiple linear regression method and building energy simulation method were selective analyzed. Furthermore, according to Chinese situation, the basic idea of establishing the energy consumption benchmark system was proposed.%本文从多栋建筑和单栋建筑2个方面对公共建筑能耗基准确定方法及研究现状进行了介绍,重点分析了多元线性回归拟合方法和建筑能耗模拟方法.而后结合中国的实际情况,提出了建立适合中国能耗基准体系的基本思路.
