本文以苏北地区某办公楼节能改造工程为例,研究分析了该建筑的能耗现状及存在的问题,并利用计算机软件对改造前后的能耗进行了模拟,提出了该地区此类建筑节能改造的相关措施.%In this paper,taking the energy-saving retrofit of existing public buildings in northern Jiangsu as the study object,the energy consumption status and existing problems were analyzed. And then, energy consumptions before and after the retrofit were simulated by the software,and energy-saving retrofit suggestions for existing public buildings in this area were put forward.
