How to differentiate, regulate and manage the source of hazards in construction sites is the substantial problem in safety control of construction project. This thesis treats the source of hazards of the construction sites as the subject of study,uses statistics and analyses by the help of strong Excel data function and VBA developing programs, and utilizes theories like dynamic management as the purpose, applying AHP （Analytic hierarchy process）into the Excel, aiming to improve the effectiveness of management of source of hazards in construction sites.%施工现场危险源的辨识与控制管理是建设工程施工安全控制的核心问题。以施工现场的危险源为研究对象，依托Excel强大的数据处理能力和自带的VBA功能来开发程序，运用动态管理的科学理论，将层次分析法固化到Excel中，对危险源进行统计、分析、风险评价，提高危险源现场管理的效率。
