The paper adopts the fuzzy consistent matrix theory, the indicator system of the architectural design scheme was established, has the comprehensive evaluation on the architectural design scheme, overcomes the rudeness of the influential factors in the architectural scheme selection, and the casualness of personal objective judgment, finally get the best benefits from the economic and social. A case shows that the method is reasonable and effective to evaluate architectural design scheme.
