摘要

Trans-4-Hydroxy-L-proline is a specific amino acid in collagen tissue with important physiological function and unique biological activity . It is widely used in medicine , chemical industry , cosmetology , disease diagnosis and other fields . This article reviews the current research status of metabolism ,function and application of trans-4-Hydroxy-L-proline ,with a focus on the synthesis of trans-4-Hydroxy-L-proline .Moreover ,the research direction for the production of trans-4-Hydroxy-L-proline is discussed , which provided a reference for the production of trans-4-Hydroxy-L-proline using whole-cell catalysis and fermentation methods . Finally ,the direction of industrial production of trans-4-Hydroxy-L-proline is prospected .%反式-4-羟基脯氨酸是胶原蛋白中特有的一种氨基酸,在动物体内具有重要的生理功能与独特的生物活性,广泛地应用于医药、化工、美容、疾病诊断等领域.介绍了反式-4-羟基脯氨酸的代谢、功能和应用,并着重对反式-4-羟基脯氨酸的生产方法进行综述,在此基础上探讨了生产反式-4-羟基脯氨酸的研究方向,为利用全细胞催化法和发酵法生产反式-4-羟基脯氨酸提供参考依据,同时展望了未来工业化生产反式-4-羟基脯氨酸发展方向.
