In this paper, using method of powder metallurgy to preparation SiCp composite materials.Using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), bending strength and rockwell hardness test and the density, water absorption, porosity of experimental methods research aluminum silicon carbide composite material microstructure, properties and mechanism.The experimental results obtained for the SiCp homogeneous, compact, no impurities, porosity and less good features.With the increase of SiC quality score, SiCp density, flexural strength and hardness, and all relevant porosity, bibulous rate is then decreased.SiC quality score certain situations, the sintering temperature elevatory sample properties and strengthened.%笔者采用粉末冶金法制备SiCp/Al复合材料.使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、抗折强度试验、洛氏硬度实验以及密度、吸水率、气孔率实验等方法研究碳化硅铝复合材料的微观结构、性能特点和机理.得到实验结果为:SiCp复合材料具有组织均匀,致密,无杂质,气孔少等优良特点.随着SiC复合材料质量分数的增加,SiCp的密度、抗折强度、硬度均相应增大,而气孔率、吸水率随之减小.在SiC质量分数一定的情况下,随着烧结温度的升高试样的性能也越来越好.
