A kinematic model has been established for the roll set of 20-H rolling mill on the basis of the relationship of the roll gap with the screw-down adjustment system and roll diameter compensation system that was derived by the means of simplification of the screw-down adjustment,crown adjustment and roll diameter compensation systems of 20-H rolling mills. The optimum adjusted position for the roll arrangement can be obtained through analyzing the displacement of hydraulic AGC cylinder and the effect of encoder position in roll gap. Based on this, a calculation software for the roll diameter arrangement of 20-H rolling mills has been developed to maximum the service life of the rolls.%通过对二十辊轧机压下调整机构、凸度调整机构、辊径补偿机构的简化,推导出辊缝与压下调整、辊径补偿之间的关系,建立起二十辊轧机辊系机构的运动模型。通过分析AGC液压缸的位移量、编码器位置对辊缝的影响,得出二十辊轧机配辊时的最佳调整位置。在此基础上开发出进行二十辊轧机辊径配辊的计算软件,实现二十辊轧机轧辊使用寿命最长的目标。
