目的：超声辅助提取川黄柏中黄柏碱，并利用HPLC法测定川黄柏中黄柏碱的含量。方法：色谱条件：选用Agilent zorbax SB-C18（150mm×4.6mm，5μm），流速1mL·min-1，柱温40℃,检测波长284nm。结果：回归方程：Y=150.640643X-1.8811429，r=0.99992，线性范围：0.8144~4.0720μg·μL-1，平均回收率为101.31%，RSD=1.24%。结论：超声辅助提取可以明显提高川黄柏中黄柏碱的提取率，并且经过系统的方法学考察，该方法具有简便、稳定、可重复的特点，为川黄柏药材质量控制和评价提供了参考依据。%Objective:The phellodendrine was extracted by ultrasound assisted and the content was determined by HPLC method. Methods:The chromatographic conditions were:Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column(150mm×4.6mm, 5μm), flow rate being 1mL·min-1, column temperature 35℃, detection wavelength at 284nm for phellodendrine. Results:The regression equation: Y=150.640643X-1.8811429, r=0.99992, the linear range:0.8144~4.0720μg·μL-1, the average recovery was 101.31%, RSD=1.24%.Conclusion Ultrasonic assisted extraction can improve the extraction rate of phellodendrine and after the system of methodology, the method has the characteristics of simple, stable, repeatable, provides the reference for the quality control and evaluation of Cortex Phellodendri.
