混合颗粒在内置水平管振动流化床中流体力学研究

         

摘要

In the two-dimensional vibration fluidized bed with inner-horizontal tubes of corn with plastic beads mixture of particles fluidization characteristics, the effects of the mass fraction of particles, vibration frequency, amplitude, inner-horizontal tubes and vibration intensity on bed pressure drop and critical bed pressure drop. The experimental results show that, in mixed particles in vibration fluidized bed,fixed bed, bed pressure drop with the same conditions of corn grain mass fraction increases, the fluidized bed stage with corn grain mass fraction increases; inner-horizontal tubes into the increase of bed pressure drop; vibration introduce increased solid bed phase bed pressure drop of fluidized bed stage, reducing the critical bed pressure drop; vibration on large size smaller than the particle size effect; by fitting the experimental data for prediction of the inner-horizontal tube with mixed particles vibration fluidized bed critical bed pressure drop formula, empirical formula is consistent with the experimental data.%在内置水平管的二维振动流化床中研究了玉米粒与塑料珠颗粒混合物的流化特性,考察了颗粒质量分数、振动频率、振幅、内置水平管和振动强度对床层压降及临界流化压降的影响.实验结果表明,在混合颗粒的振动流化床中,固定床阶段,相同条件下床层压降随着玉米粒质量分数的增大而增大,流化床阶段随玉米粒质量分数增大而减小;内置管的引入增大了床层压降;振动的引入增大了固体床阶段的床层压降,降低了流化床阶段的临界流化压降;振动对大粒径的影响小于小粒径;由实验数据拟合出的用于预测带内置水平管的混合颗粒振动流化床临界流化压降的经验公式,经验公式与实验数据基本吻合.
