对硅铝比为50的Al-SBA-15介孔分子筛开展吸附脱除喹啉的十二烷溶液中碱性氮化物的实验,研究其吸附脱氮工艺条件及性能。结果表明,碱性氮化物在Al-SBA-15(50)上的最佳吸附温度为140℃,适宜的剂油质量比是1∶30,适宜的吸附时间为20 min。此时吸附量为30.6 m g/g ,脱氮率为68.02%,吸附动力学可用准二级动力学方程表示。%T he denitrogenation technological conditions and adsorbability of the Al-SBA-15 (50) mesoporous zeolite to remove the basic nitrogen compounds from quinoline in dodecane solu-tion by adsorption were studied .The results show that the optimum temperature of basic nitro-gen compounds adsorbed on the Al-SBA-15(50) is 140 ℃ ,the suitable mass ratio of adsorbent to oil is 1∶30 ,and the suitable adsorption time is 20 minutes .The corresponding capacity of ad-sorption is 30 .6 mg/g ,and the denitrogenation rate is 68 .02% .The adsorption dynamics follows the pseudo-second-order rate kinetics equation .
