吡啶-2-甲醛缩邻氨基苯磺酸Ni(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、表征和晶体结构

         

摘要

在甲醇和水的混合溶剂中,以Ni(NO3)2·6H 2 O和吡啶-2-甲醛缩邻氨基苯磺酸席夫碱反应合成了一个新的配合物[Ni(OBSP)(SCN)(H2O)2](HOBSP=吡啶-2-甲醛缩邻氨基苯磺酸),并采用元素分析、红外光谱和X-射线单晶衍射法进行了结构表征.结果表明标题配合物属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群,a=1.17217(13)nm,b=0.97165(11)nm,c=1.48019(16)nm,β=90.9950(10),V=1.6856(3)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.632 g·cm-3,s=1.069,R 1=0.0247,wR 2=0.0625.标题配合物拥有一个以N3O3六配位的镍(III)中心,从而形成一个畸变的八面体构型,其中一个SCN-、两个水分子和一个以N,O,O′-三齿螯合方式的磺酸类席夫碱参与配位.在配合物中,大量的氢键和π-π堆积有益于三维结构的形成和稳定(CCDC 1567210).%A new complex[Ni(OBSP)(SCN)(H2O) 2 ][HOBSP = 2-((pyridin-2-ylmethylene)amino)benzenesulfonic acid]was synthesized by the reaction of Ni(NO3 ) 2 ·6H2O with Pyridine-2-carboxaldehyde-2-aminobenzene Sulfonic acid in the CH3OH-H2O solution and further was characterized by element analysis,IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The results show that the title complex belongs to Monoclinic,space group P2 (1)/ c with a = 1. 17217 (13)nm,b = 0. 97165 (11)nm,c =1. 48019(16)nm,β=90. 9950(10),V=1. 6856(3)nm3 ,Z=4,Dc=1. 632 g·cm-3 ,s = 1. 069,R 1 = 0. 0247,wR 2 = 0. 0625. The ti-tle complex act as a six-coordinated nickle(Ⅱ)center with a N3O3 distorted octahedral coordination construction,in which one SCN-,two water molecules and the sulfonate-derived Schiff base serves as a common N,O,O′-tridentate participates in coordina-tion. In the complex,abundant hydrogen bonds and π-π stacks are benefit to the formation and the stability of the three dimension construction.
