金属-有机骨架材料构建盐酸克伦特罗电化学传感器的研究

         

摘要

本文通过水热合成法合成金属-有机骨架材料(MOFs)-Cd-MOF-74,将其修饰在玻碳电极上制得电化学传感器(Cd-MOF-74/GCE)用于盐酸克伦特罗的电化学测定.结果表明,修饰电极对盐酸克伦特罗具有很好的电催化作用.探讨了测试底液,富集电位等对传感器测定盐酸克伦特罗的影响.在最佳条件下,采用差分脉冲伏安法测得盐酸克伦特伦的氧化峰电流与浓度在1. 6~800μmol·L-1范围内表现处良好的线性关系,检测下限为0. 53μmol·L-1.该传感器制作简单,稳定性好,使用寿命长,用于实际样品中盐酸克伦特罗的含量分析,结果令人满意.%In this work,Cd-MOF-74,a kind of metal organic frameworks(MOFs),was synthesized using hydro-thermal method and modified onto the surface of glassy carbon electrode to prepare electrochemical sensor(Cd-MOF-74/GCE). The sensor is used for the determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride. The results showed that the modified electrode had good electrocatalytic activity to the clenbuterol hydrochloride. Experimental conditions such as support medium and enrich potential were optimized. Under the opti-mal conditions,The oxidation peak current increased with the concentration of clenbuterol hydrochloride in the range of 1. 6 to 800μmol·L-1,with a limit of detection 0. 53μmol·L-1. The sensor has good stability,long lifetime and simple production proce-dure,it can be applied to the quantitative determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride in practical samples with satisfactory results.
