TiO2的添加对CeO2-WO3/ZrO2整体式催化剂NH3选择性催化还原NOx性能的促进作用

         

摘要

A serial CeO2-WO3/ZrO2-TiO2 monolithic catalysts with different loading of TiO2(0,5,10,15,20 wt.%)were prepared by co-precipitation and incipient-wetness impregnation method. The effect of TiO2 on the NH3-SCR(selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3 )performance of CeO2-WO3/ZrO2 was investigated by NH3 -TPD and O2 -TPD. The results showed the catalyst with 10 wt.%TiO2 held the best catalytic performance:the temperature of complete NOx conversion(T90 )decreased by 80 oC,and the operation window of T90 was 257℃-466℃ under a gas hourly space velocity(GHSV)of 30,000 h-1. The promotion for catalytic activity could be ascribed to the increase of the redox ability and the acid sites amount due to the introduction of TiO2 .%利用共沉淀及共浸渍法制备了一系列不同TiO2含量(0,5,10,15,20 wt.%)的CeO2-WO3/ZrO2-TiO2整体式催化剂.由NH3-TPD、O2-TPD等方法研究了TiO2的添加对NH3选择性催化还原NOx性能的影响.结果显示TiO2含量为10 wt.%时催化剂拥有最佳活性:30,000 h-1空速下,NOx完全转化温度(T90)降低80℃,T90窗口为257-466℃.催化活性的提升可归因于TiO2的添加显著改善了催化剂的氧化还原性能和强酸量.
