Employing mannich reaction,poly(amine-ester)-eosin B dendrimer(PAE-EB)was synthesized from ethylene diamine (EDA ),trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA ),HCHO and eosin B. The structure of PAE-EB was characterized by IR,1 HNMR,13 CNMR,TGA and fluorescence spectrum. The different concentration and different heavy metal ions on the fluores-cence intensity of PAE-EB were also investigated. It was found that when reaction temperature was 65℃,reaction time was 12h,n [PAE(NH2)8]: n(EB)=1 : 15,n[PAE(NH2)8]: n(HCHO)= 1 : 24,the yield was 63. 69%. When the concentration of PAE-EB was 2. 5 ×10-5 mol·L-1 ,the fluorescence intensity was the strongest. The fluorescence intensity of PAE-EB was decreased with adding heavy metal ions,Fe3+and Pb2+on the fluorescence intensity of quenching effect was strongest,but at the same time the presence of interfering ions,Fe3+ and Pb2+ on PAE-EB quenching effect was not obvious.%以乙二胺(EDA)、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)、甲醛和曙红B(EB)为原料,利用Mannich反应合成了聚(胺-酯)-曙红B树枝状大分子(PAE-EB).用IR、1 HNMR、13 CNMR、热重分析和荧光光谱等表征了它的结构和性能测试;考察了不同浓度PAE-EB和不同重金属离子对其荧光强度的影响.实验结果表明,反应时间12h,反应温度65℃,n[PAE(NH2)8]:n(EB)=1:15,n[PAE(NH2)8]:n(HCHO)=1:24,产物产率为63.69%.当PAE-EB的浓度为2.5×10-5mol·L-1时,其荧光强度最强.重金属离子的加入使PAE-EB的荧光强度都发生猝灭作用,其中Fe3+和Pb2+对其荧光强度的猝灭作用最强,但干扰离子同时存在时,对其荧光强度影响不大.
