The purpose of the notification is to obtain conjugate beta-cyclodextrine with a 2-generation poly(amidoamino) dendriter (PAMAM), which is a 2-generation poly(amidoamino) (PAMAM) dendrometer dissolved in methyl or ethyl alcohol, is reacted with alpha-cyclodextrine monoaldehyde used in the quantity of 4-equivalents to dendromer in an approved solvent, an aliphatic compound belonging to the sulphite class,at room temperature and given name, the tetrahydroborate used in the quantity of 4-equivalents compared to monoaldehyde beta-cyclodextrin is reduced and the post-reaction mixture is dialysed against water distilled in a SnakeSkin(r) dialysis bag of 24-hour intervals 2000 Da. The notification also includes the method of obtaining conjugate beta-cyclodextrin with a 3-generation poly(amidoaminous) (PAMAM) dendriter, consisting of the 3-generation poly(amidoaminous) (PAMAM) dispersed in methyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol,is reacted with alpha-cyclodextrine monoaldehyde used in the quantity of 4-equivalents to dendromer in an approved solvent, an aliphatic compound belonging to the sulphite class, at room temperature and given name, the tetrahydroborate used in the quantity of 4-equivalents compared to monoaldehyde beta-cyclodextrin is reduced and the post-reaction mixture is dialysed against water distilled in a SnakeSkin(r) dialysis bag of 24-hour intervals 2000 Da.
