利用手性环己基二胺、1,2-二苯基乙二胺、苯丙氨酸和对甲苯磺酰氯等为原料,制备出了两种手性磺酰胺化苯丙氨酸酰胺催化剂,并将其用于催化二乙基锌与系列芳香醛对映选择性加成反应.最佳的催化剂体系(15 mol%1a)能够对含有吸电子基团、供电子基团,不同位阻的芳香醛均有较好的效果,能够在比较温和的条件下获得最高达84%ee和中等程度的产率.%Two chiral sulfonamidation phenylalanine amide catalysts were synthesied using cyclohexyl amine,1,2-diphenylenedia-mine,phenylalanine and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride as raw materials,and it was used to catalyze the enantioselective addition of di-ethylzinc to a series of aromatic aldehydes. Up to 84%ee and moderate yields could be obtained by the optimal catalyst system(15 mol%1a)in mild condition for containing electron withdrawing groups,electron donating group and different sterically hindered aro-matic aldehydes.
