研究了聚对二氧环己酮(PPDO)在蒸馏水(pH=6．50),生理盐水(pH=4．50),PBS缓冲溶液(pH=7．44)中,37℃条件下降解过程中的质量损失、吸水率、特性粘度以及环境的pH值变化情况,以及其力学性能的变化。研究发现PPDO在蒸馏水和生理盐水中降解行为明显加速。%The in vitro degradation of Poly( para-dioxanone) with different mediums was studied by the changes of weight retention, water absorption,viscosity,pH value and mechanicalproperties of PPDO samples were examined in distilled water (H2O)(pH 6. 50)、normal saline(NS)(pH 4. 50)and phosphate buffered saline(PBS)(pH 7. 44)at 37℃ for 4 weeks. The results suggested that the PPDO samples in H2 O and NS exhibited faster degradation rate in vitro degradation.
