聚对二氧环己酮纤维的体外降解及其结构性能研究

         

摘要

将聚对二氧环己酮(PDS)纤维浸于温度为37℃,pH值为7.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中0~49d,研究了PDS纤维的降解行为,通过红外光谱分析PDS特性基团的变化,研究了PDS纤维的质量损失、力学性能以及热性能的变化.结果表明:PDS纤维在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的降解过程包括水的扩散(0~14 d)以及酯键水解(大于14 d)两个过程,在水的扩散过程中,主要发生的是羰基与水的氢键作用;PDS纤维降解0~49 d,质量损失率达17.56%,断裂强度由未降解的3.57 cN/dtex下降到1.07 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率由33.92%变为14.44%;随着降解时间的增加,PDS纤维的熔点降低,结晶能力增强.%The degradation behavior of poly( p -dioxanone) (PDS) fiber was studied in phosphate buffer solution with pH value of 7.4 at 37 ℃ for 0-49 d. The change of characteristic groups of PDS and the weight loss, mechanical properties and thermal property of PDS fiber was analyzed by infrared spectrometry. The results showed that the degradation process of PDS fiber in phosphate buffer solution comprised two stages of water diffusion (0 - 14 d) and ester bond hydrolysis ( over 14 d) ; the dominant reaction was the hydrogen bonding interaction between carbonyl group and water during the water diffusion stage; during the 0 -49 d degradation process the weight loss of PDS fiber reached 17. 56% , breaking strength dropped from 3. 57 cN/dtex to 1. 07 cN/dtex and the elongation at break from 33.92% to 14.44% ; and the melting point of PDS fiber was decreased and the crystallization capacity was improved while prolonging the degradation time.
