将GOx固定在单壁碳纳米管( SWNT)表面,在羧基二茂铁( FcA)作为电子媒体条件下,用伏安法研究四氟硼酸-1-丁基-3-甲基-咪唑([ bmin] BF4)对GOx催化氧化葡萄糖的影响。结果表明RTILs并没有改变GOx的构象,但随着溶液中RTILs含量的增加其催化电流却不断降低。进一步研究结果表明,这种催化电流随RTILs增加而降低并不是由于GOx活性降低引起的,而是由于RTILs的增加导致FcA在溶液中的扩散系数减小,使得FcA的传质变慢,最终导致催化电流降低。%The oxidation of glucose catalyzed by GOx was examined in[ bmim] BF4-PBS mixtures using ferroceneacetic acid( FcA) as mediator. The electrocatalytic current( icat ) was recorded under a substrate-saturated condition. The voltammetric results showed that the icat decreased with the increase of the content of[ bmim] BF4 in the mixtures. The reduction in the diffusion rate of FcA due to the increase of the viscosity after the addition of the IL was a key factor causing the decrease of icat .
