Five rare earth metal (Ⅲ) complexes REL3 ( HL = 2- [(2, 6-dichlorophenyl) amino]benzeneacetic acid; RE = La, Ce,Nd, Sm, Gd ) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, complexometric titration, thermal analysis, molar conductivity, IR and UV.Mice ear swelling induced by xylene and capillary permeability test were used to evaluate the antiinflammatory activity.The analgesic activity were performed with writhing response caused by acetic acid and mice hot-plate test.The results showed that compared with NaL, the antiinflammatory analgesic activity of some complexes were superior.%合成了5种2-[(2,6-二氯苯基)氨基]苯乙酸稀土配合物,通过元素分析、EDTA-滴定、摩尔电导、红外光谱,确定了配合物的组成为REL3(RE=La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd,L=2-[(2,6-二氯苯基)氨基]苯乙酸).采用小鼠耳肿胀实验、血管通透性实验研究了其抗炎活性,采用扭体实验及热板实验研究了其镇痛活性.结果表明,与阳性对照药2-[(2,6-二氯苯基)氨基]苯乙酸钠相比,部分配合物具有更强的抗炎镇痛活性.
