综述了有机药物分子与DNA相互作用的模式、影响因素、并着重介绍了其相互作用的电化学等研究方法,概括了其近几年的研究进展,并在此基础上提出了在药物分子与DNA相互作用的研究工作中应解决的问题.%The research developments on the pattern and influence factor of interaction between organic pharmaceutical molecules and DNA,especially the electrochemical method was summarized in this article.The problems to be solved in the study on the interaction between pharmaceutical molecules and DNA were also proposed.
