以三嵌段共聚物P123为模板, 采用溶胶凝胶法+煅烧法制备小孔径泡沫状介孔二氧化硅 (MCF) ;分别考察P123、1, 3, 5-三甲苯和氟化铵的用量, 以及反应温度对孔径的影响;通过比表面积分析 (BET) 对孔径、比表面积以及孔容积进行测定.结果发现制得的MCF最小孔径为7.7 nm;三甲苯和氟化铵均具有明显的扩孔效应;反应温度与孔径呈负相关.%The present work explored the preparation of mesoporous foam silica (MCF) with small pore size.Sol-gel method and calcination method were used to synthesize MCF using P123 triblock copolymer as template.The influences of 1, 3, 5-trimethylbenzene, ammonium fluoride and reaction temperature for the pore size were investigated.The specific surface area, pore size distribution and pore volume of MCF were analyzed by the specific surface area analyzer (BET).The results indicated that the minimum pore size of MCF prepared using P123 as template maintained at about 7.7 nm;trimethylbenzene and ammonium fluoride could enlarge the pore size of MCF;and the reaction temperature showed a negative correlation to the pore size.
