新型阳离子脂质体制备及应用研究

摘要

阳离子脂质体是目前使用最广泛的脂质体之一, 作为载药系统, 已被广泛应用于临床诊断和治疗.作为纳米型载体, 它既可以包载基因/药物, 也可以包载诊断试剂, 还可以两者同时包载.将阳离子脂质体应用于医药, 既可以提高药物的体内稳定性, 有利于药物在体内的长循环;又可以缓释药物, 延缓肾代谢, 降低药物的毒副作用.本文检索了近年来国内外关于阳离子脂质体制备研究的相关文献, 分析和归纳了包括固醇衍生物阳离子脂质体、氨基酸/多肽阳离子脂质体以及含糖阳离子脂质体等多种类型的新型阳离子脂质体的制备和应用研究, 以便为将来的深入研究提供参考和借鉴.%Cationic liposome is one of the most widely used liposomes.As a drug delivery system, it has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment.As a nanoscale carrier, it can be used to either encapsulate genes or encapsulate drugs, and can also be loaded genes and drugs and diagnostic reagent simultaneously.The application of cationic liposome to medicine can not only improve the stability of the drug in vivo, but also be beneficial to the long circulation of the drug in the body.And it can also release the drug slowly, postpone the kidney metabolism and reduce the toxic and side effects of the drug.In this paper, the related literatures about the preparation of cationic liposomes in recent years were retrieved, and the preparation and application of new cationic liposomes, including sterol derivatives cationic liposomes, amino acid/polypeptide cationic liposomes and sugary cationic liposomes, were analyzed and summarized.It provided reference for further study.
