8-substituted-N6-methyl-4'-azido-adenosine derivatives were synthesized by iodina-tion,olefinic bond reaction,azidotion,hydroxyl protection,amino protection,deiodination, hydroxy deprotection,amino deprotection,Dimorth rearrangement,8-halogenation and 8-methylation et al from the cheap adenosine.The structures of all compounds were confirmed by 1 H NMR and MS.%以腺苷为起始原料，依次进行碘代、成双键、叠氮化、羟基和氨基的保护、脱碘、羟基和氨基的脱保护、Di-morth 重排、8-位卤化和甲基化等反应制得8-取代-N6-甲基-4'-叠氮-阿糖腺苷类化合物，并经1 HNMR、MS 确证结构。
