肝素/硫酸乙酰肝素是目前临床运用最广泛的抗凝血与抗血栓类药物.硫酸乙酰肝素3-O-硫酸磺基转移酶Ⅰ(Hs3stⅠ)是肝素/硫酸乙酰肝素酶化学法合成中的关键酶,可以催化硫酸基团转移到葡萄糖胺C3的羟基位置,从而形成重要的抗凝血结构单元.总结了近年来Hs3stⅠ的酶学特性、外源表达以及应用等方面的研究进展.%Heparin/heparan sulfate is the most widely-used anticoagulant and antithrombotic drugs.Heparan sulfate 3-O-sulfotransferaseⅠ(Hs3stⅠ) is a key enzyme in the chemoenzymatic synthesis of heparin/heparan sulfate,which can catalyze the transfer of sulfate group to the hydroxyl group of glucosamine C3,thus forming an important anticoagulant unit.We summarized the research progress of enzymatic characteristics,exogenous expression,and application of Hs3stⅠin recent years.
