论城市的可持续管理和规划*--基于城市的旅游开发和城市形象构建

         

摘要

在城市化热潮中,我国很多城市在短短几年时间内得以迅猛发展,大批村镇人口涌向城市,城市经济有了质的提高,城市空间急剧膨胀。而在城市飞速发展的同时,很多问题日益严重,如城市基础设施建设滞后、城市规划管理无序僵硬、城市居民素养差距突显、城市建设重复单调、城镇与乡村统筹缺位等等。这些问题成为阻碍城市化进程和城乡统筹发展的主要因素。在诸多相关要素中,从城市旅游开发和城市形象构建角度出发,对上述问题进行分析,提出城市可持续发展和提升的方法,在互联网+的语境中探讨城市主体、人文、生态、品牌建设,并注重利用社会化媒体工具。%In an upsurge of urbanization, many cities in our country developed rapidly within a few years. Lots of town and vilage population moved to the cities, urban economy has the qualitative improvement, and urban space expanded rapidly. At the same of urban rapid development, many problems are increasingly more serious, such as the lag of urban infrastructure construction, unordered and stif urban programming management, obviously differences in urban residents’ literacy, repeated and monotonous urban construction, and omission in balancing cities and countries and so on. Al such problems become main factors to impede the process of urbanization and coordinated development between urban and rural areas. Starting with urban tourism development and urban image building from related factors, the article analyzes the abovementioned problems, puts forward the methods of urban sustainable development and increase, discuses urban subject, culture, ecology and brand construction under the background of internet+, and focuses on the utilization of social media tools.
