城市是人类最重要的聚居载体，古今中外万千城市展现出风格迥异的空间形象。现代城市空间多体现为土地经济价值的外化，而通过分形学研究分析可以发现，城市空间的内在决定因素是社会关系，而社会关系可以解析为每个人不同的“圈子”，有血缘、地缘等“强圈子”，也有业缘、趣缘等“弱圈子”，由此产生一条新的核心思路：通过强化“圈子”对城市空间的影响，达到克服因单纯经济导向而导致的越来越强的现代城市居住分异的不良现象。%The city is the most important carrier of human settlements. A myriad of cities at al times and in al countries show quite different in spatial image. Modern urban space mainly reflects externalization of economic value of land. It can be found from the research and analysis of fractal theory that the internal determinant of urban space is social relationship which can be interpreted as everyone’s different “circles”. There are “strong circles”, such as blood relationship and geographical relationship; there are also “weak circles”, such as occupational relationship and interest relationship. A new core thought results from this: by strengthening the influence of “circle” to urban space, the unhealthy phenomenon of residential diferentiation of modern city caused by simplex economic orientation wil be overcome.
