通过对长春市生态涵养区大黑山脉研究区的区位与发展现状进行综述分析，提出涵养区村镇发展面临的区域生态亟待整治的宏观背景，并结合“十三五”时期新型城镇化进入以提升质量为主的转型发展阶段，提出涵养区村镇新型城镇化路径选择模式的探索，即生态城镇化模式、“就地城镇化”——以“人的城镇化”为核心的模式、特色旅游新型城镇模式——基于产业主导的模式。之后，就涵养区村镇规划，以“生态观”为前提，进一步提出将生态理论与方法在村镇规划不同阶段相结合的规划策略，进而指出新型城镇化要全面推进空间结构、产业结构、制度与文化结构的全面生态化转型，真正实现新型城镇的生态化。%Through the study of changchun city ecological its big black mountain area location and summarized the current situation of the development of analysis, put forward its development of vil ages and towns is of great importance to improvement of regional ecological macro background, combined with"much starker choices-and graver consequences-in"period to enter to enhance the quality of new urbanization transition stage of development, put forward its new vil age urbanization path selection model of exploration, namely the ecological urbanization mode,"in situ urbanization"-"the urbanization"as the core of the model, the special tourism new town-the dominant mode based on industry. After its vil age and town planning, on the premise of"ecology"and further put forward the theory and method of ecological planning strategy for the combination of different stages in the vil ages and towns planning, then points out that the new type of urbanization to comprehensively promote the space structure, industrial structure, the comprehensive ecological transformation of structure, system and culture real y realize ecological new town.
