工业遗产具有建构在社会脉动之上、反映民众工作生活的意义，多表现为构成一组生产方式与社会组织等脉络关系的构造物，而不一定是单栋精美的建筑体。不同类型的工业遗产帮助我们拼凑出不同类型工业文化的图像，以便了解一个地方与社会的发展史。从管理模式和实施路径的角度对城市工业遗产资源的研究、保护、活化和再利用进行探索，为多元化资源管理的实现、规划指导的加强及以健全城市工业遗产资源管理保障制度为目标的法规建设寻求发展方向。与此同时，对不同类型工业遗产资源的科学利用和管理方面引入各种先进的理念和技术进行了探讨。%Constructed on the pulse of a society and reflecting work and life of the people, industrial heritage mainly manifests as structures constituted a group of production modes and social organizations, rather than a single beautiful building. Different kinds of industrial heritage help us piece together images of different kinds of industrial culture, so that we can find out the history of the place and social development. From the perspective of management mode and implementing path, we explored on the research, conservation, activation and rehabilitation of urban industrial heritage to find a development direction for the construction of regulations which are for the realization of diversity of resource management and the enhancement of planning and guiding and with the purpose of perfecting the security system for the resource management of urban industrial heritage. We also discussed on the introduction of various advanced ideas and technologies for the scientific utilization and management of different kinds of industrial heritage.
