Hoehyeon Area in Namsan, Seoul is a historic site reflecting 500 years of Joseon Dynasty’s history and modern 100 years of modern Korean history. Now the topic before us is how to conserve newly-found Hanyang Capital ruins and how to evaluate the value of dark ruins in the colonial period and modern heritage. The scope of heritage is closely related with the nature of heritage, and also has a profound relationship with the heritage what we wil leave to our descendants. Hoehyeon Area in Namsan is a place reflecting the nature and change of urban heritage. Therefore, we shal keep heritages with diferent historic value together. However, many people deny the importance of modern heritage, and the nature of urban heritage has no explicit stipulation, so the conservation program for Hoehyeon Area in Namsan is stil in consultation period.%首尔南山会贤地区拥有朝鲜王朝500年历史及韩国近代100年历史的遗址。现在摆在我们面前的课题是如何保存新发掘的汉阳都城遗址、如何鉴定殖民时期的黑暗遗址及近代遗产的价值。遗产的范围与遗产的性质密切相关，与今后我们留给子孙怎样的遗产也有深厚的关系。南山会贤地区是体现城市遗产的属性及变化的场所，因此我们应该将历史性价值不同的遗产一同保存。但不少人对近代遗产的价值持否定态度，再加上城市遗产的性质目前没有明确的规定，因此南山会贤地区的保存方案还在协商阶段。
