The traditional folk residents have unique regional characteristics. The architectural characteristics of the traditional folk residents in Taizhou is summed up; repair is practiced on the traditional folk residents on the North Avenue in Jiangyan District on the basis of comprehensive repair, graded repair and categorized repair; and the common problems and corresponding solutions in the folk resident repair of Taizhou are summarized.
