本试验选用硫酸锌和蛋氨酸螯合锌两种锌源,在日粮添加60mg/kg硫酸锌、蛋氨酸螯合锌为0、15、30、45、60、75mg/kg水平下,对比研究了不同锌水平对育成期雄性水貂营养物质消化率、氮代谢和血清生化指标的影响.结果表明,育成期雄性水貂日粮中添加15 mg/kg的蛋氨酸螯合锌时,水貂采食量和蛋白质消化率较高(P<0.05).日粮中添加锌水平对水貂干物质消化率、脂肪消化率、氮代谢、生长性能和血清尿素氮、血清乳酸脱氢酶活性没有显著性影响(P>0.05).%Zinc methionine (Zn-Met) with levels of 0 mg/kg (group I ),15 mg/kg(group II ),30 mg/kg(groupⅢ),45 mg/kg (group IV) ,60 mg/kg(group V ),75 mg/kg (group VI) and Zinc sulfate with the level of 60 mg/kg (group Ⅵ), respectively , were used to evaluate the effects of different zinc levels on male minks in the growing period. The results were as follows : feed intake and protein digestibility were significantly higher than that in other groups when zinc methionine level reached 15 mg/kg (P<0.05), Dry matter digestibility, fat digestibility, nitrogen intake, urine nitrogen, nitrogen retention, net protein utilization and biological value of protein ,BUN and LDH were not significantly affected by dietary zinc levels (P>0
