高职院校学生学业不良问题及其对策研究

         

摘要

对学业不良的研究与转化是国内外教育界研究的重要课题之一。通过对高职院校学生学习过程中学业不良学生的观察与调查,可以发现学业不良的成因主要受到三方面因素的影响:学习者自身因素、学校因素和家庭因素。通过实施有效的策略,形成学生、学校和社会的合力从而促成学业不良学生的转化。%The research of learning disability has become noticed in educational circles at home and abroad. Through the observation and investigation of learning disability in study of the students in Higher Vocational and Technical College, three main factors have been found to interpret thereasons for learning disabilities, which are the factors of learners themselves, factors related to the school and family Then corresponding strategies are put forward to change the learning disability.
