临床上，急性闭角型青光眼属于房角关闭，因房水排出手足，导致眼压急剧升高，出现许多病理变化的眼病，临床表现为恶心、头痛、眼痛等症状，属于眼科急症。若得不到有效治疗、处理，可导致失明。目前，随着人们生活条件逐渐提高，糖尿病病发率逐年提升，并发急性闭角型青光眼病例也逐渐增加，因高血糖症状，创口愈合延迟，增加了术后感染率和手术危险性。针对急性闭角型青光眼伴随糖尿病，必须加强围术期护理。%Clinical acute angle-closure glaucoma is closed, corner because of aqueous humor from brothers, lead to a dramatic increase in intraocular pressure, appear many pathological changes of eye disease, clinical symptoms such as nausea, headache, eye pain symptom, belongs to the ophthalmic emergency.
