目的：研究对青光眼采用复合式小梁切除术的临床效果。方法选取我院近年收治的28例青光眼患者，共50眼，随机分为两组，分别采用传统小梁切除术与复合式小梁切除术治疗，对比临床效果差异性。结果两组患者术前眼压差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），术后均有所改善（P＜0.05），采用复合式小梁切除术治疗的观察组术后眼压下降程度更大（P＜0.05）。观察组中72%视力改善，对照组中仅32%视力改善，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论青光眼采用复合式小梁切除术治疗在临床疗效上更为确切。%Objective To study the clinical effect of glaucoma using combined trabeculectomy. Methods 28 cases of glaucoma patients admitted in our hospital in recent years, a total of 50 eyes, randomly divided into two groups, respectively treated by traditional trabeculectomy and combined trabeculectomy, compare the clinical effect. Results Two groups of patients with preoperative intraocular pressure and no signiifcant difference (P>0.05), postoperative were improved (P<0.05), the use of combined trabeculectomy treatment degree of postoperative intraocular pressure drop in observation group (P<0.05). Only in 72% vision improvement in observation group, control group 32%vision improvement, compare the signiifcant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment with glaucoma combined trabeculectomy on the clinical effcacy of more precise, has the promotion value.
