Objective To study the risk factors of diabetic foot do analysis and make corresponding countermeasures for nursing intervention. Methods 23 cases of diabetic foot patients were chosen as the research object from September 2012 to October 2015 in our hospital , the risk factors of diabetic foot research and nursing intervention. Results The main risk factors of diabetic foot is divided into: blood glucose control is not timely, lack of health education combined with poor cognitive knowledge about diabetes patients. By adopting the comprehensive nursing all 23 cases of diabetic foot patients symptoms improved. Conclusion On the premise of understanding the risk factors of diabetic foot, adopt corresponding countermeasures of nursing intervention can effectively control to reduce the incidence of diabetic foot, and to enhance nursing satisfaction.%目的：对糖尿病足的危险因素进行研究分析，并制定相应对策进行护理干预。方法此次研究以我院2012年9月～2015年10月所收治的23例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象，对糖尿病足的危险因素和护理干预情况进行研究探讨。结果糖尿病足的危险因素主要分为：血糖的控制不及时、健康宣教不足加之患者对糖尿病相关知识的认知较差。通过采取针对性综合护理使23例糖尿病足患者的症状全部有所好转。结论在了解糖尿病足的危险因素的前提下，采取相应对策进行护理干预可有效控制糖尿病足的发生率，有利于患者身体恢复。
