目的：总结救治急性磷化铝中毒患者的经验。方法针对我院2012年1月～2015年6月收治的46例急性磷化铝中毒患者运用综合手段进行治疗，强调综合治疗的重要性。结果经过综合治疗，46例患者中有32例存活，14例死亡。其中2例是休克而循环衰竭死亡，5例是呼吸衰竭死亡，7例是心律失常死亡。结论急性磷化铝中毒死亡率高，有效预防急性磷化铝中毒是降低死亡率的较好方法。%Objective To sum up the experience of treating patients with acute aluminum phosphate poisoning. Methods 46 cases of acute phosphate aluminum poisoning patients treated by using the comprehensive treatment from January 2012 to June 2015, the importance of comprehensive treatment. Results After comprehensive treatment, 32 cases survived and 14 cases died in 46 cases. Among them, 2 cases died of shock and circulatory failure, 5 cases died of respiratory failure, and 7 cases died of arrhythmia. Conclusion The mortality of acute phosphate aluminum poisoning is high, and it is the best way to reduce the death rate of the patients with acute phosphate poisoning.
