Objective Combined analysis of atypical antipsychotic treatment of bipolar mania valproate treatment effcacy and safety. Methods Select retrospective clinical data in patients with bipolar mania treatment, 67 cases of atypical antipsychotics administered into the joint study of valproate therapy group (38 cases), administered sodium valproate treatment control group (29 cases), To compare the two groups of related performance metrics and clinical effcacy. Results Relevant performance metrics study group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), and the total study group was signiifcantly higher than 92.10%total effciency of 72.41%, a statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Atypical antipsychotic quetiapine combined with sodium valproate therapy effcacy of the treatment of bipolar mania exact.%目的：分析非典型抗精神病药物联合丙戊酸钠治疗双相躁狂的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性选取双相躁狂患者67例临床资料，分为给予非典型抗精神病药物联合丙戊酸钠治疗的研究组（38例），给予丙戊酸钠治疗的对照组（29例），观察比较两组相关效果指标及临床疗效。结果研究组各相关效果指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；且研究组总有效率92.10%高于对照组总有效率72.41%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论非典型抗精神病药物喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠治疗双相躁狂的疗效确切。
