目的：探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果，分析其应用价值。方法选取我院2014年12月～2015年8月接收的46例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组，各23例。两组均采取常规方法治疗，观察组另外在常规治疗的基础上行无创呼吸机（BiPAP机）治疗。结果经治疗后观察组患者的pH、PaO2值均高于对照组，而PaCO2低于对照组。结论无创呼吸机对辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者具有良好的临床效果，可为今后的相关疾病治疗提供经验参考。%Objective To investigate the clinical effects of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure. Methods 46 cases patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital, from December 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group, 23 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional treatment, besides the observation group was treated on the basis of noninvasive ventilator, observation group in addition to conventional treatment based on the uplink noninvasive ventilator (BiPAP) treatment. Results After treatment of the observation group of patients with pH, PaO2 values were significantly higher than that of control group, and PaCO2 was signiifcantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure can provide empirical reference for the treatment of related diseases in the future, it is worthy of application and learning.
